Warehouse Dispatch Speed
All orders placed through the Maxentra official reference desk are fulfilled directly from our central US logistics depot in Ogden, Utah. Orders placed Monday through Friday before 2:00 PM EST are dispatched within one business day. Orders placed over the weekend or on federal holidays are dispatched the following business day.

Discreet Packaging Standards
We recognize the sensitive nature of male wellness supplements. All Maxentra orders are shipped in plain, unmarked brown cardboard boxes or generic courier poly mailers. The packaging contains zero external branding, logos, or product descriptions. The return label lists simply: RedRock Fulfillment, PO Box 12730, Ogden, UT 84412.
Tracking Your Shipment
As soon as your package is scanned into the carrier's transit stream, an automated confirmation email containing your direct tracking number (USPS or UPS) will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Please allow up to 24 hours for carrier tracking scans to update online.
International Shipping
While domestic US delivery represents the majority of our distribution, select international countries (including Canada, the UK, Australia, and New Zealand) may be available during checkout subject to local import regulations. International transit typically requires 10 to 18 business days.
